Unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise may be returned within 45 days of purchase date for a full refund. All returned items must have the tags attached, along with the original sales receipt and a completed return form.
Any merchandise returned after 45 days and before 60 days or without a completed return form will be refunded with a Kimes Ranch merchandise credit at the current selling price, usable on future Kimes Ranch online store purchases.
Returns received after 60 days will not be accepted.
You have 45 days to decide if an item is right for you. Kimes Ranch will refund an item within 45 days, provided it has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and that all labels and tags are attached. Some clearance items are final sale.

For Orders after Feb 13th, 2019: Your package contains a Packing Slip and Pre-addressed Pre-Paid return label, as well as an instruction sheet on what you need to do to make a return. This includes a Return Form, which must accompany your return.
For Orders Feb 13th, 2019 and earlier ONLY: The easiest way to return by mail is via Fed EX, you can request this label by processing a return on www.kimesranch.com. This label will be pre-paid and pre-addressed and may have a return shipping fee of $9.99 that will automatically be deducted from your refund fee only on returns outside of the US. Step 1: Place item with return form in original packaging or packaging of your choice.
Step 2: Seal and place the new label over any pre-existing barcodes or shipping labels.
Step 3: Drop at applicable shipping outlet.
Once received order will be inspected and approved for resale. Once approved (3-5 days after arrival) a refund will be requested from your bank. Your bank can take anywhere from 10-14 business days to process your refund.
If you do not wish to use the provided pre-paid return label, we recommend that all returns be sent with a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our warehouse. Kimes Ranch is not responsible for packages sent with a return label not provided by Kimes Ranch. Kimes Ranch does not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
